Billy Magerison is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who has honed his craft performing across South London, Bristol, and the South West. Blending influences from blues, rock, reggae, and soul with elements of his Celtic heritage, Billy has developed a distinctive sound characterised by tight grooves, soulful vocals, and experimental effects that verge on the psychedelic.
Armed with just his guitar, Billy has begun sharing deeply personal songs that resonate with audiences. His debut releases have received critical acclaim, with two tracks earning “Track of the Week” on BBC Radio Bristol. Billy has also been featured on BBC Introducing in the West and was invited to the BBC Upload studio for a week of performances.
In addition to his live performances, Billy is active online, where his content has garnered over 250,000 views across social media platforms, further solidifying his reputation as a compelling and authentic artist.
He will be joined on stage at Jam in a Jar by Ryan Windross on bass and Jo Cocco on drums.
