John Moth
8 pm
After bullying the band into agreeing to being called John Moth, John Moth formed in the outskirts of Essex and have been understandably trying to excape ever since. Awkwardly blending funk, jazz, and ska, the five piece claim to take inspiration from the likes of Madness, The Police, Jamiroquai, and the 3 good songs from The Beat.
Characterised by a brass section and love of dramatic pauses, John Moth brings a light hearted and enegetic approach to the music scene, sticking to their philosophy of ‘We’ll have fun even if you don’t.
